Attorney Alton William Wiley, Jr. has extensive experience handling Criminal, Personal Injury, Divorce, Child Support, Probate, and Workers Compensation cases. His past experience includes working as a Special Assistant Attorney General for the state of Rhode Island and as an Assistant Legal Counsel in the Crime Victims Compensation Unit for the office of the General Treasurer of the State of Rhode Island. Attorney Wiley also was appointed as a Commissioner for the Rhode Island Commission for Human Rights by the Honorable Governor Donald Carcieri and served in that role until 2014. He is also a past member of the Rhode Island Association of Criminal Defense lawyers and the Thurgood Marshall Law Society of Rhode Island.

Attorney Carl Hurvich

Attorney Carl Hurvich is licensed to practice law in Rhode Island, Massachusetts and New York as well as the United Stated District Court for Rhode Island. He has experience in criminal appellate advocacy, federal civil rights litigation, consumer protection, personal injury and immigration matters. He is also a certified in mediation by the New York Peace Institute. During his legal training at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, he was named First Place Oralist in the Monrad G. Paulsen Moot Court Competition and was awarded the Jacob Burns Medal for Outstanding Contributions to the law school. He currently serves on the New Lawyers Committee of the Rhode Island Bar Association. In addition to his wide ranging legal interests, Carl is an avid reader and enjoys cooking, travel, theater and music in his free time.
